
There are many different ways to get (or stay) in shape, and it seems as though everyone has a slightly (or drastically) different theory or method. Some things work for one guy but not another–and one person can struggle with one thing but thrive on another. Everyone is a little different and it can be challenging to put everyone into a cookie cutter solution to be healthy. That is why we attempt to experiment with many different types and styles of fitness, health, and nutrition methods. It may take one, two, three, or more methods or experiments before you find the thing (or combination of things) that work for you. So give it a shot and let us know what works and doesn’t work for you.
